He will be hosting one of the most popular game show of indian television – who wants to be millionare (Kaun Banega Crorepati). He has signed up for two seasons of the KBC gameshow and can renew his contract if he wants.

The verdict is finally out for the decade long case going against bollywood’s own munnabhai Sanjay Dutt. Sanjay Dutt has been found guilty under the Arms Act. of possessing three assault rifles, a pistol and hand grenades. Luckily for Sanjay Dutt he has not been found guilty under the TADA act for which the punishment is very severe. The maximum sentence he can get now is of 3 years.

Dhoom was a huge success, it brought back action era of Akshay Kumar & Sunil Shetty with style & slick of Feroz Khan movies, though it was low in substance. Well, with much bigger canvas, huge starcast and eye candy babes and locales Dhoom II gives much more fun and still low in substance. This sequel takes Hrithik to much higher level than this year’s hit Krrish, as he takes this movie under his shoulder brilliantly.

As, bollywood was preparing for our own version of H-Fi slick action thriller – Dhoom 2, Sony Pictures released new James Bond movie – Casino Royale worldwide. It’s huge release in Asia Pacific not only affected overseas collections of last week’s 3 small budget releases, but literally drowned the big budget movies like – Umrao Jaan without any hope. Casino Royale, is one of the biggest release of all times in India.

He made a good debut with ABCL’s romantic comedy Tere Mere Sapne with Chandrachood. Though the movie didn’t work out boxofficewise, his madcap comic style was well apreciated. With numerous insignifcant comedy movies thereafter, his career was on the verge of complete washout. But, in 2003, Munnabhai happened and circuit – the new comedian was born. It looks like lull before the storm, as next week (21st November 2006) Dhoom 2 is hitting the screens. No big film maker wanted to release anything this week, because of it. Still, three low-budget movies released for this weekend – Rehguzaar, Unns, Janani. In March 2006 too, I had a similar review, irrespective of starcast and budget – major flaw in all of these three movies released this week is SCRIPT. So here is condensed review of all three movies. Actually, didn’t want to waste three whole pages and your time.
