After playing football coach in KANK, Shah Rukh Khan plays a hockey coach in Chak De India. Directed by Shimit Amin (Ab Tak Chappan fame), Chak De India is slated to release on 9th August 2007.

After nice Saathiya, pretty dumb but blockbuster Bunty Aur Babli, Shaad Ali ’s third inning – Jhoom Barabar Jhoom has nothing new to offer. With every movie, director seems to grow, but in case of Shaad it’s only the star cast and the canvas of the movie which grows. There is absolutely nothing interesting in the movie except those peppy numbers and dangling hot bodes.

The quadrangle love story lacks the zeal.

It seems all Khans are under hibernation, specially King Khan. After KANK, DON hardly have we seen on big screen (barring I See You blink & miss scene). After making not so happening entry into KBC, he was almost lost from the limelight. Even on big award shows and parties, he was missing (though he was there in Filmfare 2007). Finally, he will be coming back this year with bang – Om Shanti Om. Directed by his buddy Farah Khan, co-produced by himself, Om Shanti Om will not just bring in Shah Rukh Khan, but two of them.
