It’s no secret that every A-list actor would rather work with a newcomer. Shah Rukh Khan cast Deepika Padukone in his home production, Om Shanti Om, Aamir Khan introduced Asin in Ghajini, and now Akshay Kumar is all set to be paired with a South Indian actress in a film he’s making for his banner Hari Om Productions. A source close to the actor reveals, “Akki plans to strengthen his banner. He plans to make Hari Om Productions more active and has signed directors he has faith in to make films for him.”

If Salman Khan picks up fight with anyone, he also knows very well how to make him his friend again. After warning Neil for calling Katrina Kaif Sweetheart, he bonds with him like never before. The two chatted, hugged, danced and had lots of fun along with Katrina on ‘Dus Ka Dum’. While playing, Salman jokingly asked Neil, if they had shot the film ‘New York’ in the same city. Neil replied, “Yash Raj is a big banner and they shoot wherever it is required to and spare no costs”. Salman on a funnier note said, “Lucky you, we shot for London Dreams in Punjab!” He even made Neil sing some songs of his grandfather Mukesh.

Even before they could officially announce that they were a couple, buzz is that Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapur have called its quits. News about their relationship having come to an end has been doing the rounds for a couple of weeks now. On April 15, Mumbai Mirror had first broken the news that all’s not well between the two. Priyanka was fed up of Shahid’s constant interference and he expected her to play the conservative girl, which didn’t go down well with the actress.

Past record says that Bollywood stars and cricketers gel along quite well. Adding one more to the record is the relationship of Sreesanth and Minissha Lamba. At the recently held IIFA in Macau, Sreesanth and Minissha caught hanging around very closely. Both were spotted in a casino, restaurant, and at a nightclub spending a gala time with one another. In Macau, they even put up in the same hotel so that they can always be in touch. They used to leave for the event together and return together. Their bonding has become the talk of the tinselville.

However he and MaamuJAAN Aamir may have many questions to answer next time around.Aamir’s wife Kiran has been hospitalized a second time in a matter of few days. Reports claim that the director of ‘Dhobi Ghat’, Kiran has been suffering from fever for the last few weeks and was earlier treated and discharged. However, there have been reports in the media claiming that the filmmaker is being treated for a lung infection. The diagnosis has been made and she is being treated at the moment.

He blast over Riteish Deshmukh and Boman Irani, the hosts of the IIFA event for making jokes of films also included ‘Jodhaa Akbar’.Says an eyewitness, “Riteish and Boman did a spoof on all the films which were nominated in the best film category Race, Jodhaa Akbar, Dostana, Rock On, Ghajini and A Wednesday. For the Jodhaa Akbar act, Boman played Akbar while a starlet played Jodha. Riteish walked in dressed as Amitabh Bachchan in Shahenshah.

All those women who admire Shiney Ahuja’s dove-eyed looks have never been this disgusted. For it isn’t everyday that a Bollywood actor gets disgraced to this level.Shiney, a rising star in Bollywood with much critical acclaim to boast about has unfortunately created news for all the wrong reasons. The actor, who was arrested here late Sunday night for allegedly raping his 19 year old maid, has been sent to a three day police remand but looks the story has just begun.
