The Peepli Live fever has caught on to Salman Khan too! Salman was so impressed by Aamir Khan’s production, that he proclaimed the latter’s involvement in a film as ‘Midas touch’. After attending a special screening of Peepli Live, Salman tweeted, “Mr. Midas touch has produced a picture. Midas touch matlab ke Aamir Khan… Peepli has a mad-ass touch. Especially the press should see the film.”

Salman’s praises for his brother didn’t stop at that. “I didn’t let Aamir touch me after the film. Agar mujhe gold mein badal deta toh? (What if he turned me into gold?)”

The fact is that Salman and Aamir Khan have been bonding a lot in recent times. Last year, the Andaz Apna Apna jodi made a nostalgic entry to the tune of the song ‘Do Mastane’ on Salman Khan’s game show ‘Dus Ka Dum’. To return the favor, Salman attended the premiere of Aamir’s 3 Idiots while Aamir reciprocated by being there for Salman’s Veer. To top it all, the superstars were spotted together at a private party organized by Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao to honour an Oscar Award winner.
