Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi hosted a grand reception here over the weekend following his marriage to Priyanka Alva in Bangalore.Suresh Oberoi, Vivek’s father, expressed his happiness by saying that he now had two daughters.“I am feeling happy, I got one daughter married and I am getting another daughter. So, I have two daughters,” said Suresh Oberoi.

Several Bollywood celebrities attended the reception party. Among those present at the party were Bollwood celebrities like Ritesh Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Gulshan Grover, Raza Murad, Bollywood film director and choreographer, Farah Khan and Bollywood Director Sajid Khan.

Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Lal Krishna Advani, and Congress spokesperson Digvijay Singh were also present.

Bollywood film director and choreographer Farah Khan said Vivek has got a beautiful wife.

“I want to tell Vivek he’s done a really good thing. Marriage is wonderful, and I think, his wife is really beautiful,” said Khan.

Priyanka Alva is the daughter of the late Jeevraj Alva, who was a Janata Dal leader and a social worker.

Vivek Oberoi and Priyanka Alva wed on Friday in Bangalore.
