What happens when an ex-lover comes knocking at your door? Ask Deepika who had to face her ex boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s midnight drama when the actor pleaded Dippy’s watchman that he wanted to meet her. Sources informed Mumbai Mirror that Ranbir Kapoor, who stays nearby Deepika’s building dropped in at around 12:45 am, two months ago. The guard who was on duty didn’t allow Ranbir in for obvious reasons. Deepika was also not keen on meeting the Kapoor dude.

Ranbir, however, was adamant. He started calling Deepika on her cell. An eyewitness informed Mumbai Mirror, “Ranbir was overheard telling Deepika, ‘Please allow me to come up. I am sorry. I want to explain.’”

Deepika eventually had to give in. She allowed Ranbir in, but only after making him wait for about half-an-hour.

The clock had struck 1.15 am by then. Adds the eyewitness, “After meeting her, Ranbir drove away at 1.45 am.”
