Bipasha Basu has apparently refused to dance with Vivek Oberoi in an item number ‘Zila Ghaziabad’ due to some unknown reasons. If we see the past record, it was ‘Biri Jalile’ from ‘Omkara’ which has given Bips career a lift. In the song, she danced with Vivek and other costars.

Vivek was taken by surprise when Bipasha Basu refused to dance with him.

“Bipasha was approached to do an item number with Vivek and Sanjay Dutt in Zilla Ghaziabad, but she refused. Vivek was wondering what happened, but did not bother to investigate further. However, this decision seems to have cost her. Bipasha was in the running to play the lead role opposite the actor in his next,” said a source.

Adds the source, “Vivek thought, if she doesn’t even want to be seen opposite him in an item number, how she is ever going to be able to work with him on an entire film. Hence the producers felt it would be better to let her go.”

It was later assumed that Bips denial might be of the controversial New York Lotto TV commercial which was leaked online. The ad starred the two and Bipasha was shown topless.
