Daana Veera Soora Karna (famous with the name DVS Karna) is produced and directed by NT Rama Rao.He played three pivotial roles Karna, Duryodhana, and Krishna.Many films were based on Mahabharata in Telugu, but the difference between all those films and this one is the characterization of Duryodhana.One of his sons, Balakrishna played a short role of Abhimanyu, son of Arjuna.One of the other sons, Hari Krinshna, played the role of Arjuna.

Though movie started as a pure action oriented, it slowly goes towards family drama. With few hiccups which are quite natural in mainstream cinema, Athadu is a must watch for Mahesh’ performance, good music and lavish production values. Kudos to Mahesh.
