The verdict is finally out for the decade long case going against bollywood’s own munnabhai Sanjay Dutt. Sanjay Dutt has been found guilty under the Arms Act. of possessing three assault rifles, a pistol and hand grenades. Luckily for Sanjay Dutt he has not been found guilty under the TADA act for which the punishment is very severe. The maximum sentence he can get now is of 3 years.
Dhoom was a huge success, it brought back action era of Akshay Kumar & Sunil Shetty with style & slick of Feroz Khan movies, though it was low in substance. Well, with much bigger canvas, huge starcast and eye candy babes and locales Dhoom II gives much more fun and still low in substance. This sequel takes Hrithik to much higher level than this year’s hit Krrish, as he takes this movie under his shoulder brilliantly.
As, bollywood was preparing for our own version of H-Fi slick action thriller - Dhoom 2, Sony Pictures released new James Bond movie - Casino Royale worldwide. It’s huge release in Asia Pacific not only affected overseas collections of last week’s 3 small budget releases, but literally drowned the big budget movies like - Umrao Jaan without any hope. Casino Royale, is one of the biggest release of all times in India.
He made a good debut with ABCL’s romantic comedy Tere Mere Sapne with Chandrachood. Though the movie didn’t work out boxofficewise, his madcap comic style was well apreciated.
