The rehash of Ramesh Shippy’s Sholay, titled Ram Gopal Verma ki Aag is nowhere near the orginal, had the movie been only 10% as intresting as the original then theater wouldn’t have been half empty even before the climax on the first day first show.

In short, RGV falters big time and as usual its us who lose of time and money !

After disasterous Sanjay Dutt verdict, the court has summoned Salman Khan to be arrested regarding Jodhpur Deer killing case. While at one hand terorrists are bombing our cities like Hyderabad, on the other hand actors are hunting down innocent wild animals. Country definitely doesn’t seems to be going in right direction.

It’s very sad to hear recent serial bombing attacks in Hyderabad which have already killed 42 people and more than 100 are injured. According to news media Aaj Tak;

Out of four bombs planted throughout the city, two blasted and two of them failed due to some technical glitch during plantation of those bombs. Hyderabad city has been under state of emergency since the blast (25th August 2007, 7:00 PM), all major malls and cinemas has been closed down to avoid further reprocations. According to crime branch and police unit, they have hinted its an organised terrorist attack supported by Pakistani ISI and another major South Asian Terrorist group. They have found few leads to the case and are further investigating to bring out those culprit.

Whatever may be the reason be it Relegion, Caste, Nationality PLEASE STOP SUCH TERRORIST ACTS !

Finally, Sanjay will have sigh of relief atleast for the moment. After found out guilty in 1993 bomb blast case, Sanjay Dutt was sentenced six years of imprisonment nearly 20 days ago. Sanjay had made a plea at supreme court for the bail, but was not yet been taken notice of. According to IPL, now Sanjay can be released on iterim bail today (21st August 2007).
After the news broke television media and Sanjay’s fan have been swarming around Yarmada Jail and his resisdence.

After Darna sequels it was Sanjay Gupta’s turn to bring in Dus Kahaniyan with 10 different stories revolving around 10 couples. Now Sahara One has just annouced that they will be lauching a movie with 11 directors in a single movie titled Bombay Eleven.

BOI posted strange collection report of theatres in Mumbai which were running Yash Raj Films and stranger enough was the leading movie - it was the old warhorse from 1995, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge which recorded the highest collections.

We had informed you that in Om Shanti Om (SRK’s home production), Farah had as many as 30 biggest bollywood stars doing special appearances. Now Farah’s brother Shajid is doing the reverse.
