So what if Tashan bombed at the theatres? Life goes on for Bollywood’s hottest couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, who played lead roles in the film. The news is doing the rounds that they enjoyed watching the movie Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic together a couple of days ago.
The film is special for the couple for the simple reason that Saif plays the lead role along with Rani Mukherjee in it. The film is scheduled for release next month but Saif’s close friend and director Kunal Kohli arranged special screening for the couple as if to make them forget the jolt they received from Tashan. Rani also attended the special screening.

Sonal Chauhan has had a good start to her Bollywood debut. Her first movie Jannat (2008) was relased on May 17, 2008 which also happended to be her birthday. The movie has done well at the box office within India as well as overseas. The movie is maintaining it’s tickets sales even with the flurry of IPL matches going on in India. The movie also stars Emran Hashmi and is directed by Kunal Deshmukh. Given the success the film has brought the producers, Mukesh Bhatt, they have signed Sonal for Raaz 2 (2008) the sequel to Raaz (2002).

Aamir Khan is at it again. After taking potshots at Big B and his film Black late last year, this it year looks like its SRK who is Aamir’s latest punching bag. Just a few months back when Aamir was asked at an event what would he like to ask Shah Rukh Khan, he replied tongue-in-cheek, “I would like to ask Shah Rukh, how it feels to be No.2.” While SRK did take it in the right spirit, there sure seems to some love lost between these two superstars.

As always, Zee Cine Awards was held at London this Sunday - 27th April, amidst much glamour and glitter. What made news was the absence of Salman Khan’s performance. Though the reason for Salman’s backing out was officially cited as high fever and injury, the real reason was that Salman had a problem with his choreographer Ganesh Hegde.
