Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Soha Ali Khan enthralled sports lovers with their badminton skills at a tournament in Mumbai on Thursday.Deepika teamed up with her father Prakash Padukone who happens to be the best badminton player India has ever produced while Soha played with Aparna Popat.Deepika seemed overjoyed to participate in the Tata Open badminton tournament.
Endemol India, the leading television content creators hosted a thrilling party this evening to celebrate the on-air launch of their show Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi. The preview party was attended by the 10 of the 13 beauties who have bravely participated in the death-defying stunts on the show. Well, yet another well established director - Priyadarshan, falters big time in Mere Baap Pehle Aap. The maker of Hera-Pheri, Hulchul, Hungama and most recently Bhool Bhulaiya serves this time a stale fish. Despite novelty of hilarious idea of ‘Getting your 55 year old father married’ the movie falls flat due to lousy script and sleep walking performances from lead actors.
The small screen may be paying richer dividends than the big screen as some of the big Bollywood stars are discovering. As it now seems, the small screen is not so small after all, it is certainly bigger than what we thought and going by the way it is progressing it might just make the big screen look small.
