Mr Bean oversleeps but manages, ingeniously, to drive to the dentist in time for his appointment, although the dentist comes to regret this.

The movie starts with Mr. Bean waking up and finds he’s almost late to the dentist. Being in a hurry he proceeds to go in his pajamas and do all the morning chores in his car! Arriving to the dentist, Mr. Bean performs his own miracle. This is a classic scene because there is a musical of Blue Danube in reference to the scene from the 2001 Space Odyssey.

After ignoring various alarm clocks, Mr. Bean finds he has overslept, and quickly drives very fast, at the same time as getting dressed and cleaning his teeth, so as to get to the dentist. After accidentally knocking the dentist unconscious with the anaesthetic needle, he tries filling his own teeth, and ends up sticking them together.
