A young child is the sole inheritor of a huge fortune left by his dead parents.A bunch of scheming relatives is after his money and his life is in danger too.His aunt (Hema Malini) is the only one who truly cares for him.She decides that its too dangerous to let him be at home and takes him on a cruise.

On board the ship, a brilliant idea strikes her – the ship’s captain (Dharmendra), an attractive young man, seems the ideal person to help her who had numerous affairs with a number of attractive young women.She abandons the child on the ship and the captain takes the distraught child home, just as his aunt had planned.She now takes up a job in the captain’s house as a maid…..

Slowly dharmendra falls in love with her which is reciprocated.Anuradha has another admirer in Ranjeet, who informs Surendra and his mom, that Anuradha is deceiving them, and is the mother of a baby boy.Surendra and his mother are shocked, and shun Anuradha.Then the child, in question, is kidnapped, and held for ransom.It is then Surendra comes to know the truth behind the abduction, which will change his life forever.
