Mr. Bean is a grown man who seems to have been literally born yesterday.He gets up to ingenious oddball nonsense every episode while all the time remaining silent.In this episode Mr. Bean goes for shopping where he buys a new chair along with other stuffs and rigs his car so that he can drive from the arm chair on its roof.
