Well, Bhatt’s are definitely in the form, with two successful movies last year - Zeher & Kalyug, this year too they are giving their best. No doubt Gangster is one of the best made gangsta movies till date. But wait, its not the gun powder and bloodbath which shines the movie, but its the sensible script, acid dialogues and its razor sharp execution that makes this movie par above than its contemprories.

Full of bikini-clad women swarming the setup and top Bollywood smoocher Emran Hashmi pegged as a self-proclaimed Serial Kisser (kudos to the producer for trying to sell Emran’s best quality as an actor) Jawani Diwani is a supposedly comic yarn with an apology for a screenplay, and lowers the bar for the genre to ground-level-juvenile. 
Starring Nana Patekar and John Abraham as two fast-talking men coping with life’s rush hour, Taxi No 9 2 11 is another racy caper from the makers of Bluffmaster (producers Ramesh and Rohan Sippy) and is directed by Milan Luthria (Kachche Daaghe, Deewar: Lets Bring Our Heroes Home). Sonali Kulkarni and Sameera Reddy play the respective love interests. 
In Hindu mythology, Ramayan is the most popular story ever told. And when it comes to Ramayan, then its not just Ram, Laxman, Sita and Ravan. There is also one more important character in the story - HANUMAN.
It is the age old story of a young man Rocky (Zayed Khan in his first solo hero film since his debut in Chura Liya Hai Tumne) who is very clear about rights and wrongs in life and is willing to take on anyone who is wrong, even if it does not concern him. The only problem is that he resorts to violent means when he sees any form of injustice, which lands him into trouble not just with the bad guys, but with his father as well. 
After numerous masala flicks, Vikram Bhatt gets into his mentor Mahesh Bhatt’s badgown. Sensitive, different and more of sensible movie. Ankahee is an autobiography of Vikram Bhatt himself, played by Aftab, story about a married man torn apart by his wife (& child) and possive second lady’s love. An extra-maritial affair with high emotional quoitient, embelished with good performances definitely stirkes chord this time and would attract mostly elite-sensible moviegeors than aam janta.
Get ready to tickle your funny bones for days. Nadiyadwala has reputation of making and post marketing their movies lavishly. Well much to it, due to its prequel - Hera Pheri and its team the movie will be fetching moollahs. PHP is one of the most awaited and must watch movie of 2006.
