Love Story 2050 is a futuristic/sci-fi Bollywood film starring producer Pammi Baweja and director Harry Baweja’s son Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra.The movie was filmed in Adelaide, Australia.Initially the film was supposed to release on December 21, 2007 but got postponed to July 4, 2008 due to extensive post production work.The premiere of the movie was held on July 2, 2008 at London.The movie was released on July 4, 2008.It opened to very negative reviews.

Sharaabi (1984)

Sharaabi is a 1984 Indian Hindi movie produced and directed by Prakash Mehra.This was Prakash Mehra’s last hit and sixth in a row with Amitabh, the other five being Zanjeer, Hera Pheri, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Laawaris and Namak Halaal.Amitabh Bachchan is the stand out facet of the film who had become a style icon of the film.Prakash Mehra’s awesome story has Jayapradha and Smita Patil in pivotal role.Bappi Lahiri is the man behind the hit tracks of the album.

Purab Aur Pachhim (1970)

Manchali is a mid-seventies moderate hit film directed and produced by Raja Nawathe starring Sanjeev Kumar, Leena Chandavarkar, Nazima and Nirupa Roy.The story is about a rich spoiled girl who does not want to get married and hires a husband.There are shades of Taming of the Shrew in how the hero woos the girl.This theme is repeated in the 1981 Hindi film Naukar Biwi Ka.The title track from this film was very catchy and popular.

Silsila (1981)

Yash Chopra silsila was billed as a true story when it came out.Even though it is still a masala Bollywood movie, it has some striking resemblences to the life story of the leading ladies and the hero, Amitabh Bachan.In real life Amitabh had an affair with Rekha while married to Jaya Bhaduri.The movie version follows the same script, except adds many secondary characters, such as Sanjeev Kumar as Rekha’s husband.
