Love Story 2050 is a futuristic/sci-fi Bollywood film starring producer Pammi Baweja and director Harry Baweja’s son Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra.The movie was filmed in Adelaide, Australia.Initially the film was supposed to release on December 21, 2007 but got postponed to July 4, 2008 due to extensive post production work.The premiere of the movie was held on July 2, 2008 at London.The movie was released on July 4, 2008.It opened to very negative reviews.

‘Purab Aur Paschim’ made in 1970, was another one of Manoj Kumar’s sagas on patriotism. Better known as Bharat Kumar, the actor-cum-director has made India and Indian-ness his forte in Hindi films.Purab Aur Paschim follows the same trend.And even though it is cliche-ridden, as most of Manoj Kumar’s films are, the film does have a certain kind of honesty that serves as a powerful tool. 
Bawarchi is a light-hearted film directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee starring Rajesh Khanna and Jaya Badhuri with Asrani, A.K. Hangal and Durga Khote in supporting roles.In Mukherjee’s classic style, the film contains no violence or obscenities, and focuses on spreading family values and morals through clean comedy.It is a remake of classic Bangla movie “Golpo Holeo Sotti” directed by Tapan Sinha.
Yaarana is a 1981 Indian film directed by Rakesh Kumar and starring Amitabh Bachchan, Amjad Khan, Neetu Singh, Tanuja and Kader Khan.This was one of the films where Amjad Khan plays a positive role. Nearly all of his other films with Amitabh Bachchan have been where he plays a villain role.
Rangeela a 1995 bollywood movie directed by Ram Gopal Varma is considered a landmark in Indian commercial cinema.It features breakthrough performances by Aamir Khan, Urmila Matondkar, and Jackie Shroff, A. R. Rahman’s superlative music score and streetwise direction, despite a predictable and weak plot.The plot of the film was based on an old Telugu movie SeethaMalakshmi, released in 1978..
Manchali is a mid-seventies moderate hit film directed and produced by Raja Nawathe starring Sanjeev Kumar, Leena Chandavarkar, Nazima and Nirupa Roy.The story is about a rich spoiled girl who does not want to get married and hires a husband.There are shades of Taming of the Shrew in how the hero woos the girl.This theme is repeated in the 1981 Hindi film Naukar Biwi Ka.The title track from this film was very catchy and popular.
Yash Chopra silsila was billed as a true story when it came out.Even though it is still a masala Bollywood movie, it has some striking resemblences to the life story of the leading ladies and the hero, Amitabh Bachan.In real life Amitabh had an affair with Rekha while married to Jaya Bhaduri.The movie version follows the same script, except adds many secondary characters, such as Sanjeev Kumar as Rekha’s husband.
