World Heavyweight Champion Kane failed to show up in order to team with Alberto Del Rio against Edge & Rey Mysterio. As a result, SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long changed the main event into an impromptu Handicap Match.While the match was in progress, Kane charged to the ring and attacked The Ultimate Opportunist. Edge quickly gained the advantage and took off, with “The Devil’s Favorite Demon” hot on his heels. Mysterio and Del Rio battled on.

WWE Champion The Miz gave nothing away. Rather than tell Randy Orton the type of match the two would be competing in at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, Miz said he would show The Viper. As his assistant, Alex Riley, clashed with Orton in the squared circle, “The Cleveland Screamer” lurked nearby. Sensing that The Viper may be surging past his assistant, Miz interfered and ambushed his rival.

John Morrison made a statement last night by defeating Sheamus at Survivor Series. On Raw, it appeared that The Shaman of Sexy had yet to finish his proclamation. He continued to assert himself against Tyson Kidd in a King of the Ring Qualifying Match. Morrison had his hands full against Kidd’s newfound aggression, to be sure, but The Guru of Greatness and his determination proved too difficult to surmount.
